Rocco Caprella

Ho seguito con notevole interesse le lezioni via Teamviewer di Rocco Caprella, perchè mi hanno consentito di conoscere anche i risvolti più segreti di Sony Vegas Pro, programma interessante e intuitivo.
Mi preme sottolineare che, al di là delle lezioni, ho trovato in Rocco ampia disponibilità e professionalità per ricevere suggerimenti e consigli anche in materia di acquisti di attrezzature più adeguate per il completamento della mia postazione di lavoro 3D e Dolby Surround.
Per tutto gli sono profondamente grato.

I have followed with great interest the training sessions via Teamviewer with Rocco Caprella, because they allowed me to know and understand most secret aspects of Sony Vegas Pro, an interesting and intuitive NLE software.
I want to emphasize that, beyond the lessons, I found in Rocco wide availability and professionalism to receive tips and advice about most suitable equipment and hardware to compelte my Stereo 3D and Dolby Surround workstation.
For all I am deeply grateful.

Sony Vegas Pro è un software straordinario, con concetti di lavoro più semplici di quanto immaginassi se ben illustrati, come nel mio caso, con le lezioni di Rocco Caprella.

Devo dire che, man mano si susseguivano le ore di insegnamento, in me cresceva un profondo interesse, l’urgenza all’apprendimento ed una forte esigenza ad approfondirne i contenuti e confrontarsi con essi.

Sony Vegas Pro is an amazing software, with a workflow easier than I thought if well illustrated, as in my case, with the training lessons with Rocco Caprella.
I must say that as the hours of instruction followed one another, there grew a deep interest in me, the urgency to learning and a strong need to analyze its content and deal with them.

I have followed a training from Rocco Caprella to get the Sony Certified Vegas Editor certification.
What I mostly appreciated was his knowledge of Vegas Pro, along with great teaching skills, whatever the topic being addressed.
He with no doubt has an in-depth practice of the product, making it easy for him to transfer his skills.
Even though Rocco is Italian, delivering the training in English was not an issue.
Last but not least, everything happened in friendly, decontracted while serious sessions.

Ho seguito un corso di formazione di Rocco Caprella per ottenere la certificazione come Sony Certified Vegas Editor.
Quello che ho apprezzato di più è stata la sua conoscenza di Vegas Pro, insieme alla sua grande capacità di insegnamento, qualunque fosse l’argomento affrontato.
Ha senza dubbio una profonda pratica del prodotto, è questo gli consente di trasferire facilmente le sue conoscenze.
Anche se Rocco è italiano, non è stato un problema fornire il training in lingua inglese.
Ultimo ma non meno importante, tutto quello che abbiamo fatto si è svolto in un clima amichevole, sereno ma al contempo serio.

Ho avuto modo di apprezzare la professionalità e la disponibilità di Rocco sul forum di VideoMakers.net dedicato a Vegas. Risposte tempestive e precise ad ogni tipo di quesito. Tutto ciò a contribuito a farmi passare a Vegas Pro nonostante spesso sia costretto a litigarci.
Proprio conseguentemente a questa grande professionalità di Rocco ho deciso di partecipare, quando è capitata l’occasione, il 19 e 20 Luglio, al Workshop che lui stesso ha tenuto a Cinisello Balsamo presso Sony Italia. Il corso era esplicitamente per il nuovo Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11 ma nei contenuti andava benissimo anche per Vegas Pro. Molto curato tutto ciò che riguardava l’aspetto del 3D. Le spiegazioni di Rocco sono state esaudienti al massimo.
Veramente una fortuna poter disporre della sua collaborazione e del suo sapere che non è limitato alla sola conoscenza del software Vegas ma a tanti altri aspetti che ogni videomaker che si rispetti ambisce a possedere.
In sostanza: Grazie Rocco per tutto ciò che fai e per come lo fai.

I was able to appreciate Rocco’s professionalism and kindness on VideoMakers.net forums dedicated to Vegas. Fast and accurate answers to each type of question. All this helped me to move to Vegas Pro, even if sometime I fight with it.
As a result of this Rocco’s professionalism, I decided to participate, when it happened to the occasion, on July 19 and 20, to the workshop that he held at Sony Italy in Cinisello Balsamo. The course was specific for the new Sony Vegas Movie Studio 11, but all topics can be adpted easly also to Vegas Pro. Well done everything the 3D Stereoscopic part. Rocco was very comprehensive.
It’s a lukey to have his cooperation and his knowledge that it’ss not limited to the mere knowledge of Vegas software, but to many other aspects that every filmmaker must know.
In short: Thanks Rocco for everything you do and how you do it.

I found the tutor to be very precise and accurate about explaining even the most complicated functions in Sony Vegas Pro. At the same also being a very good and patient listener.
I learned alot about Sony Vegas Pro and Rocco took me to corners in the program that I hardly new exsisted at that time, he visually guided me to every aspect of the program, and we followed the tutorial book in details. Which left me much stronger and comfortable about the program.
It was amazing to see how many things Rocco managed to cover in just one lessons. And he always made sure to follow up on the aspects we had covered in the previous lesson in the new lesson.
After the learning period was over I felt very comfortable in vegas, and to overcome the program on my own.

Il tutor è stato molto preciso ed accurato nello spiegare anche le funzioni più complesse a Sony Vegas Pro. Al tempo stesso, è stato un ascoltatore molto buono e paziente.
Ho imparato molto su Sony Vegas Pro e Rocco mi ha fatto scoprire lati del software che mi erano particolarmente nuovi in quel periodo, guidandomi visivamente su ogni aspetto del programma, seguendo il libro didattico in dettaglio. Mi ha reso molto più esperto ed a mio agio col software.
E’ stato sorprendente vedere quante cose Rocco riusciva a coprire in una sola lezione. Ed ha sempre fatto in modo di ricontrollare, ad ogni nuova lezione, quanto avevamo trattato nella lezione precedente. Dopo aver concluso il mio periodo di training, mi sono sentito molto più a mio agio usando Sony Vegas Pro, con le capacità per patroneggiarlo da solo.

Non posso far altro che lasciare un feedback più che positivo sul corso on-line che Rocco mi ha tenuto in merito a Sony Vegas Movie Studio.
La qualità degli argomenti trattati e la professionalità unita alla chiarezza con cui sono stati esposti ha soddisfatto pienamante le mie aspettative. Rinnovo nuovamente i miei complimenti a Rocco e lo ringrazio per la sua piena e pronta disponibilità nel far fronte ad ogni mia richiesta. Penso che dopo aver fatto un po’ di pratica col programma, gli chiederò di poter fruire di altre lezioni di approfondimento.

I can only leave a very positive feedback on the online course that Rocco made for me on Sony Vegas Movie Studio.
The quality of the topics covered and professionalism combined with the clarity with which they were exposed has met complitely my expectations. Renew again my congratulations to Rocco and I thank him for his readiness in dealing with all my requests. I think that after doing a little practice with the software, I will ask him to be eligible for more in-depth lessons.

Che dire!… Con la partecipazione al primo workshop (Fornacette) il tutor è riuscito a farmi sostituire il software che utilizzavo in precedenza con Vegas, e con il secondo è riuscito a stupirmi ancora nonostante che pensassi di conoscerlo bene.
Quattro ore volate via senza il minimo accenno di cedimento, sia da parte del trainer che soprattutto della platea, e non è poco.
Manca solo una cosa, la versione in lingua italiana che a mio modesto parere sony avrebbe tutto l’interesse a commissionarti data la competenza e la passione che dimostri ad ogni occasione e di cui mi sento di doverti ringraziare.

What I can say! … By participating to the first workshop (in Fornacette) the tutor was able to get me to replace the software I used previously with Vegas, and with the second workshop he managed to amaze me even more, even if I thought I knew well.
Four hours flew away without the slightest hint of failure, both by the trainer and by the audience above all, and it is a great result.
There is only one thing, the Italian version of the software and in my humble opinion Sony would have an interest to commission to you basing on the skill and passion that shows everytime and for this I feel I have to thank you.
