| We offer online training and consulting services with remote control of client computers, this can significantly reduce costs by eliminating the costs of travel and, at the same time, offers the important added value to directly manage your workstations using your multimedia contents.
The service is based on the award-winning TeamViewer platform that offers a fast and secure remote connection (here more informations, please note that the user must apply all necessary precautions before starting an Internet connection, such as antivirus, firewall, etc.), the client for the connection requires no installation and no configuration of your network router/ADSL modem. Thanks to the TeamViewer platform, we are able to offer courses, workshops and online webinars for up to 15 trainees with the opportunity to interact via chat or microphone with the trainer and directly download training materials as examples, handouts, etc. Now, our training service includes HD audio and video capture (depending on the user’s monitor resolution) of the training session that is provided so that the trainee, at any time, has available explained concepts.
